Mybaby2be: explanations

How to manage Mybaby2be

Mybaby2be is your personal space, where you can find everything concerning your activities on baby2be. To be able to access Mybaby2be you must have an account,  where you will find information on your:

- current sales
- closed sales
- purchases
- giftlists
- messages (sent and received)
- feedback
- account
- accepted payment methods
- invoices

1. Ongoing sales
All your items currently on sale.
Make modifications, add a comment in the description space, etc… by clicking on « modify the ad »

2.  Closed sales
Sales are completed when:

- the item has been sold
- or the  timeframe for selling has expired

From here you can:
- contact  your buyer to  complete the transaction
- leave  feedback for the buyer
- send a reminder for payment
- delete your ad
-  insert your ad  again

3. Purchase
All items that you have bought on bb2b : total amount, detail by item :

- go to “pay for this article” to proceed to payment options
- click on “add to my list” to allow someone to  contribute to your purchase
- contact the seller
- leave  feedback for the seller once the transaction is  completed

4. Gift lists
In this section you can find all of your existing lists :

- current lists: you can add items to them at any time. You can view which items have been chosen and any messages left by the contributor. You can also send them a reminder through the site if payment has not yet been made (they will receive a mail from baby2be, and not from you)
- former lists: remain available (for review only – not editable)
- to delete a list, select “modify details on your lists” and click on “delete gift list

4. Gift lists
In this section you can find all of your existing lists :

- current lists: you can add items to them at any time. You can view which items have been chosen and any messages left by the contributor You can also send them a reminder through the site if payment has not yet been made they will receive a mail from baby2be  and not from you)
- former lists: remain available (for review only – not editable)
- to delete a list, select “modify details on your lists” and click on “delete gift list

5. Messages
All the messages that you receive via email are stored in “Mybaby2be / messages”

Received: with messages from other members or baby2be.
Sent: your messages to other members or baby2be.

You can delete messages once they have been read and answered.

6. Invoicing
All monthly fees i.e :

- insertion fees
- fees for additional pictures (applied to more than three pictures  per advert )
- commission fees if the item is bought by a member (or if you click on ‘sold direct’ if the buyer has bought directly  and you need to remove it from sale

7.  Feedback Information that other members have left about you. As a seller, you are being assessed on:
- delivery
- communication during the transaction
-  pricing of the product
-  accuracy of the product's condition compared to the  description
- as a buyer, you will be  assessed on speed of payment, ease of transaction etc.

8. Account
Use your account to update your personal  details(, address, phone numbers, email,  username password, bank account etc.) 

9. Payment methods
As a seller, you can select one or more  payment methods from 3 possibilities

- Cash: when the buyer retrieves the item from  your house or other location (office, …)
- Bank transfer: direct from the buyer's bank account to yours
- Paypal: a fast and safe way to pay for goods. The buyers pay from their PayPal account (which is free for them to set up) in a few clicks, and the sellers can then take immediate payment.
